03Studio

A small senior team, on purpose.

Eight designers and engineers, most of us a decade or more into the work. There are no account managers and no handover documents: the people in your kickoff are the people who draw the screens and write the code.

We take on eight projects a year so each one gets a real week, every week. When a project needs a specialist we do not have — motion, data, hardware — we bring in someone we have worked with before, and we say so up front.

Good products feel obvious once they exist. Everything before that is judgement.
